Heechul is in the army now. The member didn't accompany him because he asked them seriusly (but last might they had a party or just gather together until around 3 am KST, I saw from his twitter)and there wasn't  talking moment with ELF, he was just coming, bowing, waving, then leaving. I heard it took less than 2 minutes. So simple.

I feel it;s more easy than Kangin, when I saw his photos, just smilled :) He did it as his character ^^ no tears come from anybody, just happiness to send him :D He did it absolutely because he don't want Petals and ELFs shed their tears for him, how nice >_<

Oke Let's just allow him to do his training and back to members after 1 month and do his public service. Let's show him just our SMILE :D
